FIRE REPORT
If you need a copy of a Fire Investigation Report from South Metro, please fill out the form and mail it, along with the $10 payment to:

Or, you may drop the request off in person during regular business hours at our Administration Building (341 N Conway in Raymore).
BURN PERMIT
The South Metropolitan Fire Protection District Open Burning Permit Request is available to view and print.
All permit requests must be reviewed by the Fire Prevention Bureau of the South Metro Fire Protection District. Please contact the Prevention Bureau during normal business hours at (816) 331-3008 for information on having a burning permit reviewed or if you have any questions about the rules and requirements for a burn permit.
The Missouri DNR produces a FACT Sheet, containing information about allowed types of Open Burning. For the purposes of the DNR the entire South Metro Fire District is in the “Kansas City Metropolitan Area.”
