***The Fire District will require one full set and one ½ size set of sealed prints. Fire permit must be issued and paid for before any construction can begin. Penalties will apply if construction begins before permit is issued and paid for. A “STOP WORK ORDER” may be issued if construction and or required inspections are not performed. Penalties also apply for failure to call for the required ROUGH-INS and FINAL Fire District inspections. These inspections are completely separate from what other governmental agencies may conduct. ** I have read and understands that Fire Inspections will be required and failure to call for these inspections will result in penalties of up to $ 5000.00. **

Initial Fee’s $4.00 per $1000 of construction cost up to the first million dollars and then $2.00 per $1000. Plus $100 plan review fee.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that construction is in accordance with the applicable current codes and regulations and any items listed in the plan review letter.
